The season 6 of MyTeam has been named Glitched Reality. The theme for this new season is mystery; Glitched Reality is full of secrets that each individual player and the community as a whole will have to uncover during the six weeks that this season is intended to last. According to the developers, some of the secrets you will uncover are better kept between your closest friends, while others will yield more benefits if shared with the community. As the name of the update suggests, there will be out of the ordinary occurrences during the span of the season, so players will have to be more alert than ever.
The Level 40 reward for this season is J.R. Smith; he was one the first glitched player cards in the game and the first Dark Matter Level 40 reward for MyTeam. The other rewards are Galaxy Opal player cards such as Michael Redd (in Unlimited), Rashard Lewis (by winning 6 rings in Limited), Billy Cunningham (in Ascension), and Fat Lever (by reaching 1,250 wins in Single Player Triple Threat). You will also have the opportunity to get Jerry Sloan in the Vault, All-Star Julius Randle in Triple Treat Online and Artis Gilmore by reaching level 33.
One of the most impressive reward for this season is arguably Galaxy Opal Mel Daniels, a 99 overall card that you can get by completing the Glitched tier in Domination. Daniels’ card is an evolution card that will become the first Dark Matter reward card. On another note, the developers have added new uniforms have been added to MyTeam and players can unlock them by going through Domination. The Glitch Market will also be added to MyTeam and will act as a hidden Market.
The Signature Challenge for this new season is all about Dwayne Wade. You can get a free agent version of his card by entering the following locker code: WADE-SIGNATURE-FLASH. Every player will have access to a level 1 evolution card for Jimmy Butler, that can evolve up to Diamond.
